Anyone have an ideas on how to help this person ?

I already suggested the options from the wget manpage however that
seems to be a no go for him.

i have problem with setting up the proxy.

has wget a conf file?
does it use the pkg-get conf file?
were do i set the proxy ip and port?

these are questions explaining why i did not managed to use wget.

also i cannot enter www.blastwave.org/mirrors.html through both links,
the link at the paragraph of pgp key installation and the link at the
site navigation panel at the left.

could you send me all needed lines through an attachment?

Also were do pgp.key reside?
So if i create it, where can i place it?
