Hmmm can't find it on http://www.blastwave.org/testing/

It shows up on http://www.blastwave.org/packages.php but I can't install 
it with pkg-get

% pkg-get -Ui pbzip2
...
Updated description file
ERROR: pbzip2 unrecognized
Perhaps you need to run pkg-get -U
%

Am I missing something?
