GTK+ is a multi-platform toolkit for creating
graphical user interfaces. Offering a complete set of
widgets, GTK+ is suitable for projects ranging from
small one-off projects to complete application suites.

* Many fixes and improvements for the OS X backends

* Revert to using gtk modules with global binding,
  since the local binding that was introduced in
  2.10 breaks the accessibility support of current
  OpenOffice.org releases.

* GtkRecenManager
 - Poll for changes to the XBEL file
 - Fix initial bad placement of recent files menu
 - Show nonexisting resources by default, and do
   not mark them as insensitive
 - Allow adding a filter to GtkRecentChooserMenu

* GtkFileChooser
 - Improve the fallbacks for icons
 - Make  / and ~ activate the location entry again
