I know of one fairly big zoned Exim installation, because the sysadmins
reported a few issues that needed fixing. They seem quite happy with
the way it is working now.

Of course, there's always the possibility that something is broken. If
your zone setup is quite different from theirs, for instance.

Could you send the output of the pkgadd command(s) you are using
(either via pkg-get or called directly)?

Are you sharing /opt/csw across zones? How are your zones set up
generally? Is it x86 or SPARC (unlikely to make a difference, but it's
always good to know)?
