I experienced almost the same problem.
I was running fine for a few days with xfce. I upgraded everything
(pkg-get -U), the i had the same error for all the gtk based
applications ! including firefox and thunderbird :(
I removed every package from blastwave, then reinstalled then and it was
the same. As i was unable to find what was wrong, i reinstalled solaris
10, and reinstalled all the package from CSW and now i works...
I don't know what happened, and i am sure what i did is the most brutal
way to fix it ;) but i works from a clean installation.
Maybe some depend is missing somewhere and i had a partial update ?
Kind regards,
William
