[csw-users] XEmacs lisp packages in testing

Hello,

The XEmacs lisp packages are avialable for testing. The package includes
all the avialable packages from the xemacs-sumo and xemacs-mule-sumo
tarballs, with the exception of xemacs-base, efs, and mule-base which
are included with xemacs itself.
