[csw-users] Warning: new php packages breaks low-end sparcs

This is unlikely to be a problem for many people besides me,
but the lastest php packages recently released are compiled
to produce V8+ code for the Sparc instead of the V8 code that
is supposed to be standard.  This breaks certain low-end Sparcs
like LXs and Classics.  So, beware of the potential problems
if you install these packages on your low-end Sparc machines.
