[csw-users] gnome_panel 2.14.3,REV=2006.10.20 won't install

Today I did try to upgrade gnome_panel from whatever version to 
2.14.3,REV=2006.10.20 but I ran into problems:

No existing install of CSWgnomepanel found. Installing...
