[csw-users] Per user directories

To follow up, I created a user "temp" with a public_html directory and an index.html in the public_html directory, but
http://ecom.ismlab.usf.edu/~temp

does not work.

Also, the directories are actually in /export/home/temp, but I am also able to get to them as /home/temp. I could send the uname/ passwd offline if it helps.
