you have to download the "solaris 10 sun alert patch cluster" (or the 
full patch cluster) from here:
http://sunsolve.sun.com/pub-cgi/show.pl?target=patches/patch-access
you need a sunsolve account and a valid service plan linked to it.
once downloaded, unzip it and you'll find an installer script which will 
install all the patches.
