If you looking for an automatic way:
/usr/sbin/smpatch update -L
A GUI way:
/usr/bin/updatemanager
And most users favorite way is using PCA. You need to download the script.
http://www.par.univie.ac.at/solaris/pca/
While all these way include some recommended patched, it will include
all security.
