and then this

LINES=24;COLUMNS=80;TERM=vt100;LC_ALL=C;EDITOR=vi;LANG=C
export EDITOR LC_ALL TERM COLUMNS LINES LANG


now run

/opt/csw/bin/pkg-get -U

/opt/csw/bin/pkg-get -i  somepackage
