Did you check the 'How To' web page; specifically Step 0?

I just uninstalled pm_digestsha1 from a SPARC Solaris 9 box and ran
`pkg-get -u pm_digestsha1` and had no problems with the install.

So, it looks like 113713-21 is the most recent that I have installed.
