"REV" has a different meaning than "rev", the 
pkg name syntax is:

xxxx-#.#.#,REV=YYYY.MM.DD_rev=abcde-xxxxxxx

the bug is that pkg-get 
doesn not handle the "rev" suffix when it's not together with the "REV" 
too.
