[csw-users] sudo: location of sudoers file?

A feature of Sudo 1.7 is the ability to include external files in the
sudoers file. I would stick to the current method for now, and then
when 1.7 comes out people are free to have a master sudoers that just
contains an include statment point at their preferred path.
