[csw-users] apache2 package - compiling mod_auth_pgsql2

I'm trying to compile mod_auth_pgsql like this

sandbox# /opt/csw/apache2/sbin/apxs -i -a -c -l /usr/include/pgsql -L / 
usr/lib -lpq mod_auth_pgsql.c

sh: /opt/csw/apache2/share/build/libtool: not found
apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536

Where would I get libtool ?
