[csw-users] Updated Glib2, libcairo, and GTK2 (GTK+) packages

The latest glib2-2.16.x packages are being put in
testing for review.

I've also upgraded libcairo to better support
SPARC-based and x86 video framebuffers.

GTK2 was updated for better API support and improved
memory handling.

Feel free to stress test these packages as much as
possible. Let us know if these packages work well for
you for submittal in our unstable tree.
