[csw-users] APR/libapr, libConfuse and Ganglia on Blastwave?

Hi,

A search reveals various messages about a CSWapr package - however, I
couldn't see this package in the Blastwave.org collection.

Did such a package ever exist and is it likely to come back?

Also, can anyone comment on the chances of finding libConfuse and
Ganglia in Blastwave at some time in the future?
