Check in the url - http://www.blastwave.org/howto.html

You can import the GPG public key by http://www.blastwave.org/mirrors.html with
command bellow
# wget http://www.blastwave.org/mirrors
# gpg --import mirrors

or disable this test uncomment the lines bellow of your pkg-get.conf

#use_gpg=false
#use_md5=false
