[csw-users] Question about dependencies

If the app needs php to function, I'd say you should definitely have
the P in your depend file.  Depend on php5 (or whatever specific
separate CSW php5 package you need) and let the user make it work with
any non-csw stuff.

IMO, nothing _new_ should depend on php4 stuff, and not depending on
php at all just makes for more bug reports for you! :)
