[csw-users] Converting from Blastwave with pkgutil

I don't think that is what we are meaning.  Yes pkgutil is in the  
repos but unlike pkg-get I can't really do 'pkgadd -d http://$mirror/ 
pkgutil_`uname -p`.pkg to install it easily during a jumpstart with   
out first install pkg-get.
