[csw-users] openssl_rt partially installed

hello all,
i've got this problem:
fury-root% /opt/csw/bin/pkgutil -u openssl_rt
...
/opt/csw/ssl/certs <symbolic link>
pkgadd: ERROR: unable to create package object </opt/csw/ssl/certs>.
     file type <s> expected <d> actual
     unable to remove existing directory at </opt/csw/ssl/certs>
/opt/csw/ssl/private <symbolic link>

Installation of <CSWosslrt> partially failed.

my config is:
