take a look at /var/opt/csw/munin/www/.htaccess 

it is not wrong, but maybe something like :

 AuthUserFile /etc/opt/csw/munin/munin-htpasswd

would look nicer.

This aside everything looks good right now.
I exchanged my master and two nodes so far.
