For correct functioning of the patch system it is recommended to go to
   http://sunsolve.sun.com/show.do?target=patchpage
and install the patches listed at "Latest Patch Utility Patches".
To my knowledge Oracle has changed the download policy so a
support contract is mandatory for any patch download.
