I'm not sure whether this has got to do with OpenCSW gcc packages, or
the compilation procedure you're using.  Are you able to provide a
minimal example reproducing the issue?

E.g.

gtar xfvz foo.tar.gz
cd foo
gmake
...
...attempted multiple inclusion of file
