This is probably an issue about mixed libjpeg.so.62 and libjpeg.so.70 linkage
which must not occur within one binary:
  http://www.opencsw.org/packages/jpeg/

Ben is working on an updated PHP5. It would be cool if you could see if the error
persists there.
