You are not using the OpenCSW libcurl.so.4 due to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

Short answer: Do not set a LD_LIBRARY_PATH. If at all use single-script wrappers that
set LD_LIBRARY_PATH on a per-executable basis. See also
