Definitely. I just looked on the farm and the path is /opt/csw/lib/…
There has to be some kind of problem with your linker. Please post
  crle
  env
  ldd -v /opt/csw/bin/python
  dump -Lv /opt/csw/bin/python
  pkginfo -x CSWpython
