LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/
ORACLE_BASE=/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/

could u give me an example of the configure 

LDFLAGS or

LD_OPTIONS

is something like this?

LDFLAGS='-L/usr/local/lib -R/usr/local/lib -liconv'
export LDFLAGS
