Port 80 (HTTP) or 443 (HTTPS), whatever you prefer, to 
mirror.opencsw.org is enough.

You can reach mirror.opencsw.org through IPv4 and IPv6:
IPv4: 131.188.40.82
IPv6: 2001:638:a000:4140::ffff:82
