ntp patch?

Hello,

I did an upgrade, it seems there was something wrong with the previous 
package, the ntp.conf file has been reset. Have you fixed that? (I can't 
check the recipe, I've not finished reinstalling my build box).

Beside that, AFAICT, it works. The initial sync is fast, too.
