[csw-users] 64 bit apache v2 package

There are some tasks to do, e.g. to deliver a mod-64.conf and mod-32.conf so the apache binary loads the proper modules.
Essentially the build works.

If you like to test the interim version:
pkgutil -t http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/opencsw/experimental/cgrzemba -i apache24
