CUPS installation issue on Solaris 10 branded zone

cas scripts are scripts stored in /usr/sadm/install/scripts/ which called on package installation and removal. These are not only for cups but rather for all OpenCSW packages.
cas-preserveconf ensures that cups config will not overwriting on package install.
