Because I'm hitting a snag, file source3/librpc/gen_ndr/srv_lsa.c was
*not* patched, and yet it uses rng_fault_state, which was renamed to
fault_state, so the build fails miserably. I'm trying to hack an
additional patch, but if you're sitting next to the guy who did it,
maybe he has that somewhere already...
