Sorry about the delay. 

Fixing the past mistakes of a lazy admin proved too much and would take too long. My manager had me port the applications to Linux.

Hi,
probably because ipv6 is broken atm.
Did not have the time to fix it.
so force ipv4 usage and you should be fine

To make a long story short: the webserver process hung, I just restarted it and everything should be back to normal.
