What's happens with mirrors?

Woops, I'm wrong. Via proxy hang occurs on
http://mirror.opencsw.org/opencsw/dublin/i386/5.10

Bypassing proxy is ok.

Seems mirror above returns IPv6 first, which is unused in my country.
