What's happens with mirrors?

That does not depend on the country. It depends on your ISP.

It seems that mirror.opencsw.org <http://mirror.opencsw.org/> is not responding anymore on IPv6. Here we’ve got to options: Either we fix IPv6 on mirror, or I remove the IPv6 DNS record.
