We talked about adding something like README to a catalog, which would then be
displayed by pkgutil on the next invocation. We discussed that in Kiel and it
is noted in the Saturday notes under

Additionally, I think we should never disable access to anything the hard way.
Adding a note to be displayed would be IMHO best.
