It has to do with the ssl certificate generation during package 
generation.  The section of the build recipe that does the cert 
generation needs to be reworked.  I haven't changed that part since I 
took over the package/recipe.  I will look into it.  Thanks for your 
efforts!  Here is a snippet of output of checkpkg:

  * CSWlibssl0-9-8 is needed by CSWdovecot, because:
