Removal of CSWruby18tk from CSWruby18 build

Hi Yann,

I noticed you removed the generation of CSWruby18tk in the latest Ruby 
build
without changing anything else:

Is there a specific reason for this? Unfortunately I have a customer who 
uses this
and I am in need of restoring that in unstable if possible.
