[csw-users] solaris 9 is now best effort

Hi All,

As Solaris 9 has now entered the Vintage/Extended support[1] phase,
future package updates and new packages will be done on a best effort
basis.  Each maintainer will be able to decide whether supporting
Solaris 9 is something they are willing or able to do.

We apologize if the causes you any inconvenience.
