Summary:                    star is not compatible with SUN tar
Description: 
HI Joerg,

I have a Solaris8 install of almosteverything here , including star, but
the problem is that star does not have the prefix \'s\' so it replaces Suns
tar.

This is not good since it not compatible.

Command should not \"overload\" native command like make, tar cc and
others.

star (if called as \"tar\") is 99.99% compartible to Sun\'s tar.

I do not see any problem....

Note that the way you set up your PATH contols whether /opt/csw/bin/tar
or /usr/bin/tar if found first.

If you have real problems, describe them please!

Install the latest star I created a week ago. It now is compatible
enough to Sun\'s tar.
