Summary:                    upgrade and split
Description: 
Can you upgrade and split in run-time, development and library packages as
there are dependent packages: mplayer and mencoder.

I have a recipe for the upgrade but not for the split. If you wish I can
commit and, if you don't have the time I can do it also.
