[csw-buildfarm] docbook stuffs on build machines

The openjade package is already installed, but the dsssl package
(docbook stylesheets for openjade) isn't released yet.  I'm looking at
the build description and I think it's ready to go.  Let me make sure
that the postinstall and preremove scripts work and then we can see
about getting it 'out there.'

[Nothing required this functionality until now, as far as I'm aware.
Since I didn't need it personally, I didn't put much time into
finishing it up...]
