[csw-buildfarm] docbook stuffs on build machines

I just stuck the docbookdsssl package in testing.  It behaves on my
system (install/uninstall-wise), but I don't have anything to actually
test it's use with.  If you could try building mutt on a box somewhere
and let me know if this provides what you need, I'll release it so it
can be installed on the buildfarm for you.
