Ruby CI on Solaris

[NARUSE, Yui via buildfarm]

Hi Dago,

My ssh publickey is https://github.com/nurse.keys
and user name is rubyci.
network is also sufficient as far as I remember.
I'll use alternate way or tell you if I hit a issue.
