Regression: please downgrade the binutils on the buildfarm

Sure, sorry the delay, done. The reason why I bumped was because I had issues
with 2.24 and the new gcc, so my intend was to fix that issue. Too bad there was
a regression :-( I also put back the old binutils 2.24 in the catalog.
