[csw-maintainers] new PHP maintainer needed

Hello,

Cory left about a year ago. Because he had all his packages in Gar, I
was able to build a new PHP package. Unfortunately I'm not the right
person for this package and besides that, I don't have enough resources
to maintain the PHP package.

Therefore I would like to ask, if someone can take over this important
package.
