There is already a mailing list for buildfarm managers:
   <https://lists.opencsw.org/mailman/listinfo/buildfarm>
I don't know if self-subscription is enabled for that list.
Otherwise Ihsan can add you to the list.

If you are ready with your V240 we can try the emailing service.
