As far as I know you can't pass the checks unless the package you're
depending on is installed on the build server. With our policy to not
install unreleased packages it will not work for split packages. I
disable the checks with:

ENABLE_CHECK=0

And test on another system instead. The cswutils package contains the
checkpkg script. I guess we can use the new build8st for this.
